Repair, Testing, and Return

Complete our repair-request form with your contact information, device type, model, and a description of the problem. We will review the request and contact you regarding service availability and next steps.

If the device is accepted for service, we will arrange a pickup appointment. The device and included accessories are documented at intake before diagnosis begins. You will receive an estimate before repair work beyond the authorized diagnostic service proceeds.

After you approve the estimate, the authorized repair is completed and the device is tested when reasonably possible. Payment is completed before or at return delivery, and the device is returned by appointment.

First, submit a repair request. After reviewing the device information and confirming that the service may be accepted, Skyward Tech Repair will contact you to arrange a pickup appointment. Pickup and return times are subject to availability.

Skyward Tech Repair takes reasonable precautions when handling customer devices and information. Customers should back up important data, remove sensitive information when possible, and provide passwords or access codes only when required for diagnosis or testing. Preservation or recovery of data cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if my device cannot be repaired?

Skyward Tech Repair provides appointment-based pickup and return service throughout Muskegon County, Michigan. Availability may depend on the customer’s location, travel distance, and scheduling capacity.

You will be informed if the device cannot reasonably be repaired, if required parts are unavailable, or if the repair is not economically practical. Applicable diagnostic, pickup, parts, or other previously authorized charges may still be due.

Is the repair covered by a warranty?

Qualifying repairs include a 30-day limited warranty covering the replacement part supplied by Skyward Tech Repair and the associated workmanship. Exact warranty coverage and exclusions appear in the repair documentation.
